Domestic Shipping (within Germany)

Shipping within Germany typically takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch confirmation, depending on the shipping method chosen.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for domestic orders will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

International Shipping​

Shipping to international destinations typically takes 3 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.

Shipping Costs for international orders will also be calculated and displayed during checkout.

The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the destination. You can select from different shipping options, each offering varying delivery times.

Shipping Methods​

You can choose from different shipping methods that vary in speed and cost.

Standard and expedited shipping options are available. The chosen shipping method will be displayed to you during checkout, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

Shipping Costs will be displayed at checkout based on weight, package size, and delivery address.

Customs Fees & Import Taxes​​

International Shipping: For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for checking any additional fees that may apply when the delivery arrives.

Return Policy

Returns for Prints

Prints can be returned within 14 days after receipt without providing any reason.

​The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

​A refund will be processed once the item has been received and inspected, and only if the item is returned in unused and undamaged condition.

Personalized or custom-made products, such as commissioned artwork, are excluded from the return policy, as these are specially made according to the buyer’s specifications.

Returns for Custom Artwork (Commissions)​

Custom artwork (commissions), including personalized paintings and drawings, are excluded from the return policy once production has started.

As the artworks are created specifically for the buyer, they are non-refundable.

If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately, and we will find a solution, either through a claim or a replacement.

Refunds

Once a return has been inspected and accepted (only for prints, not for commissions), a refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
