Return Policy
Returns for Prints

Prints can be returned within 14 days after receipt without providing any reason.

The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

A refund will be processed once the item has been received and inspected, and only if the item is returned in unused and undamaged condition.

Personalized or custom-made products, such as commissioned artwork, are excluded from the return policy, as these are specially made according to the buyer’s specifications.
Returns for Custom Artwork (Commissions)

Custom artwork (commissions), including personalized paintings and drawings, are excluded from the return policy once production has started.

As the artworks are created specifically for the buyer, they are non-refundable.

If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will find a solution, either through a claim or a replacement.
Refunds

Once a return has been inspected and accepted (only for prints, not for commissions), a refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
